I've just sold my mother's house in Township of Washington, NJ. Choosing Susan Laskin as my realtor was a very fortunate decision for me. Though I grew up in that home in NJ, I've been living with my family out of state for the past 30 years. I therefore wanted a realtor who had deep knowledge of the Pascack Valley area and with extensive experience to support me in marketing and selling my mother's house. Susan, as a Top Realtor, was able to determine a price to sell the house and to effectively market it online and other listings. Just before we put the house up for sale, Susan's team came and took excellent photos of the house to go along with the real estate listings she posted. As a result we were able to sell the house in less than a month and at a price that I was very happy about. Susan also provided me great references for legal counsel and other services I'd need, as well as keeping me fully informed of the sale's status as we approached closing. In all, I strongly recommend Susan Laskin as realtor for anyone wishing to buy or sell a home.
